COUNCIL CERTIFICATIONS

COUNCIL CERTIFICATION – 15A FORM

Council Certification is a Certificate of Compliance / Annual Fire Safety Statement of essential fire services.

Usually this requirement is requested by local councils.

We can certify on Installation and Services on Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels, Exit and Emergency Lights, Path of travel, stairways and Passage way.

This form is given to the Client after completion of work is carried out.

At no extra cost.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION

A Certificate of Inspection is a maintenance record that is completed at the time of service is carried out.

At completion of service a copy is given to the customer as well as a copy kept by our company.

It clearly shows all fire equipment and locations and also indicates the service carried out by Australian Standards.

There is also a comment section where the customer can view any problems noted by the technician.

Finally the technician will sign off after completion of maintenance work is carried out at your premises.

Note: This is a Certificate of Inspection (maintenance record) and it is not a annual fire safety statement – 15A certificate.
